Disneyland 2009

We went to Disneyland this summer before the kids started school. Tim and Crystal went with us it was allot of fun. This is on our first night in California we stayed at one hotel for two nights and then another one the rest of the time.......or should I say squeezed!!

The twins were tall enough to go on everything except for "Indiana Jones" and the "Screamin Roller coaster". Poor Maddi was right at the 40 inch line so depending on the worker and the shoes she was wearing at the moment she had to set out for some of the rides that she had already rode on. Here is the twins riding the tower of terror for the first time Maddi did not like it but Abbi did and she went on it twice :)

It was so fun having both sets of twins there because they had their princess dresses on and everyone thought that they were quads. So cute!

We went to Huntington beach while were down there and we had the scariest thing happen to us. We were all right on shore playing and I was snapping a few pictures. It was super busy at the beach that day and Abbi got confused on where we were on the shore and she wondered off. Well we didn't know for sure if she had wondered off or if someone had taken her or she had got carried out into the water......I WAS A COMPLETE BASKET CASE!!!!! I ran up to the life guard and had told him what had happened and they sent a alert across the whole beach. Well he told me to go look for her while they looked. I don't know how long she was actually gone but it seemed like FOREVER!!!! The life guard ran down on the shore and they told me that they had found her but I didn't know for sure where they had found her so I just started running in a panic....I finally got to her and she was just fine luckily! I was ready to collapse!!!! Needless to say we packed up all of our stuff and left the beach at that moment!
